When you join our bench, you’ll work alongside an account manager who takes care of the client-facing responsibilities, account oversight, and overall success of each engagement. You’ll have the support of a seasoned recruiting expert with decades of experience, ensuring you have the guidance and resources you need to thrive.

Requirements

• A proven track record with 5+ years in recruiting, with experience in sourcing and placing top talent.
  
• A proactive mindset and a passion for creating meaningful connections.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• The ability to thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
