DHD Consulting is seeking experienced 1099 recruiters to support hiring for our Georgia-based manufacturing client.
This is a remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for independent recruiters who specialize in engineering talent and can work fluently in both Korean and English .
We’re looking for recruiting partners who understand the unique needs of manufacturing environments and can connect us with Korean-bilingual engineers to help our client’s team grow.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and engineering positions
Conduct intake meetings with the client to define role requirements and timelines
Source, screen, and submit qualified Korean-bilingual engineering candidates using your own resources
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers with the client
Keep candidate and client records updated in our ATS
Collaborate with our internal team to ensure strong talent matches
✅ Qualifications
U.S.-based and eligible to work as a 1099 contractor
Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or engineering sectors
Proven ability to self-manage roles and deliver results independently
Access to your own sourcing tools or candidate networks
Strong communication skills and reliable follow-through
