The Procedural RN responsibilities include: + RN independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards + RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team + RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization + RN also performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned For this position we prefer a minimum of two years RN experience. We prefer a minimum of one-year acute care RN experience in Endoscopy, PACU or Critical Care.
