Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager in a Bay Shore Cleaning & Restoration company who is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships. Who can identify new business opportunities, pitch services, and ensure customer satisfaction. Who can manage client accounts, work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery, and handle any issues that arise. The role involves meeting sales targets, responding to client inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of the industry are key to success.
Requirement:
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Knowledge of cleaning and restoration industry standards.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
