Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP MDG Consultant with deep expertise in both functional and technical areas of S/4 HANA SAP MDG (Master Data Governance). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting MDG solutions, with a particular focus on Material Master and Bill of Materials processes. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders to influence design decisions, optimize system performance, and ensure alignment with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement SAP MDG solutions on S/4 HANA for Material Master and Bill of Materials.
Recommend and advocate standard SAP MDG designs, driving alignment with best practices and business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Develop and enhance workflows, rules, and user interfaces using technical tools like BRF+, Fiori, RAP, and CDS Views.
Integrate SAP MDG with other systems using ODATA, IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and web services.
Perform complex debugging and performance tuning using OOABAP and related SAP technologies.
Build and support REST/ interfaces with JSON/XML payloads and integration touchpoints with Azure Cloud services such as AAD, Managed Identity (MI) tokens, App Insights, Data Lake, and Blob storage.
Functional Skills Required:
In-depth understanding of SAP MDG processes for Material Master and Bill of Materials.
Expertise in S/4 HANA standard functionalities and MDG governance frameworks.
Strong ability to influence design decisions and promote standardization across the enterprise.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG (functional and technical).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with cloud-integrated MDG environments is a plus.
Nice to Have:
SAP Certification in MDG or S/4 HANA
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with SAP BTP or Fiori Elements design
