We are currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Inspectors. As an Inspector team member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our accommodations during our peak seasons. Inspector Responsibilities

• -Conduct detailed inspections of vacation homes to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards and checklists. 
• -Maintain organization of housekeeping closets within the homes.
• -Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs needed.
• -Maintain detailed inspection records through pictures and communicate findings to the management team.
• -Assist with in house laundry needs
• - Interact with guest in a warm and friendly manner and address any immediate concerns or request.

Qualifications

• -Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a vacation rental or hospitality setting
• -Knowledge of cleaning procedures and attention to detail
• -Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• -Excellent communication skills
• -Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• Driver’s license
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Guaranteed Bonus

• Paid Time Off (after 90 days) - Starting at 40 hours per year (prorated)
• Earn up to $600/week based on a 40 hour work week ($18/hour)
