Your Role and Responsibilities: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or caregiver, your contributions will be vital in supporting the well-being and development of our young clients. Your duties will include:

• Daily Care: Assist children with essential daily living activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
• Emotional Support: Provide nurturing companionship and emotional support to create a warm, positive environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure tailored and comprehensive care for each child.
• Monitoring: Observe children's health and behavior, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals promptly.
• Safety: Ensure that children are cared for in a safe, clean, and organized environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications: To excel in this fulfilling role, you should possess the following:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (if applicable).
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and the care team.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently.
• A calm and professional demeanor, especially in high-pressure or fast-paced environments.
