We support our employees, so they can support our mission\. **The Work:** As an Entry‑Level Software Engineer on the Offensive Cyber team, you will: - Design & develop innovative software solutions that support offensive cyber operations\. - Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers, analysts, and mission planners to translate user needs into robust code\. - Debug, test, and refine existing applications, improving performance, reliability, and security\. - Create and execute software test plans to validate functionality and resilience\. - Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives, proposing enhancements to tools, processes, and development pipelines\. - Stay ahead of emerging threats by researching new techniques, languages, and frameworks\. This role offers a fast‑track launch for engineers who are passionate about building scalable, efficient, and mission‑impacting software\. \#RMSCYTJ \#RMSC6ISR \#RMSTG2025 **Basic Qualifications:** - Candidate must possess active US security clearance with a polygraph - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or network engineering from an accredited college\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\. **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $62,700 \- $110,630\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\.
