The Exercise Coach - Grand Rapids, you will be
: × Leading individual and semi-private strength training sessions
× Delivering exercise Instruction focusing on Isokinetic Techniques
× Providing one-on-one PNF Assisted Stretching (training provided)
× Sharing ongoing health and fitness education
× Tracking client goals and fitness results
× Growing the business through acquisition and retention of clients

Certified Exercise Coach : human physiology, exercise science, nutrition science, fitness technology, and proprietary training methods
