Title: Labor Relations Representative
Reports to: President and Regional Director
Staff Category: Full-time, professional field position

Qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of labor relations experience (public sector preferred) and negotiating experience.
• Utilize knowledge of various collective bargaining agreements to effectively processes grievances on behalf of members.
• Attend and present cases on behalf of members.
• Attend and conduct local unit membership meetings.
• Negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
• Possess good written and oral communication skills, by reading, writing, and communicating effectively.
• Ability to present information and speak to groups of varying sizes.

Compensation:
$75,000.00 to $100,000.00 depending on experience, plus auto allowance. Comprehensive benefit package.

Position Summary:
Provide service to membership. Involved in communications, negotiations, handling grievances and organizing activities. Represent local bargaining units covering all activities related to membership employment issues.
