Summary & Objectives
As an Assistant Property Manager at Coastline Equity, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality service and care to our tenants and supporting the property management team with daily operations. You will partner closely with a Senior Property Manager to ensure our properties are compliant, well-maintained, and efficiently operated. With a focus on tenant satisfaction, vendor coordination, and operational excellence, your work will directly impact the performance of the properties and the experience of our residents.
