Position Overview:

• We offer weekly pay, paid holidays including your birthday, flexible scheduling, referral bonuses, and other incentives. 
• You will be responsible for assisting clients of Caring Hearts of Georgia Health Services, LLC in their homes.
• Shifts varies and are on an as need basis. Part-Time Day and Evening.

Those duties will include:

• Communicating clearly, efficiently, and compassionately with all parties of the company and clients as necessary.
• Provide medical and personal care for the client based on an individualized Plan of Care prepared by the Nurse Supervisor.
• To drive/escort the client to and from appointments/activities as requested.
• Utilizing client or personal vehicle, resulting in a safe and timely transport.
• Other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications/Requirements: 

• High School Diploma/ GED REQUIRED.
• Minimum1 year In-Home Care experience.
• Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia or PCA certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current First Aid Certification.
• TB/PPD.
• Driver’s License/State ID.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent to constant standing, walking and using hands.
• Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
