Position Overview:

We offer weekly pay, paid holidays including your birthday, flexible scheduling, referral bonuses, and other incentives.
You will be responsible for assisting clients of Caring Hearts of Georgia Health Services, LLC in their homes.
Shifts varies and are on an as need basis. Part-Time Day and Evening.

Those duties will include:

Communicating clearly, efficiently, and compassionately with all parties of the company and clients as necessary.
Provide medical and personal care for the client based on an individualized Plan of Care prepared by the Nurse Supervisor.
To drive/escort the client to and from appointments/activities as requested.
Utilizing client or personal vehicle, resulting in a safe and timely transport.
Other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

High School Diploma/ GED REQUIRED.
Minimum1 year In-Home Care experience.
Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia or PCA certification.
Current CPR Certification.
Current First Aid Certification.
TB/PPD.
Driver’s License/State ID.

Physical Demands:

Frequent to constant standing, walking and using hands.
Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
