What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing the company’s financial strategy to support growth targets, optimize capital allocation, and drive profitable expansion across multiple plants
  • Building and owning manufacturing finance capabilities: implementing and refining standard costing, per‑workstation costing, job/work‑order reporting, and KPI dashboards to give production and sales timely, actionable information
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and margin improvement initiatives; partnering with sales, plant management, and the president to align operational plans with financial goals
  • Managing and mentoring the finance team while coordinating shared‑services work
  • Championing change management and cross‑functional influence to embed new processes, and providing clear financial guidance to support faster decision‑making

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7+ years of experience leading finance in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading and developing teams, partnering cross‑functionally with operations/plant leadership to build KPIs, improve reporting, and drive operational and financial performance
  • Hands-on financial systems experience and demonstrated success in change management
