Shift: Day Working Hours: 8-4:30 Summary: The Clinical Data Manager is responsible for the collection, organization, and validation of clinical trial data to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and reliability. This role plays a critical part in the clinical research process, working closely with clinical research teams, coordinators, and regulatory professionals to support high-quality data management practices throughout the life cycle of clinical trials. Other information: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field or an Associate's degree with 7 years experience. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in data management in a pharmaceutical, CRO, healthcare or other comparable setting. Proficiency with data management software and EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical, REDCap). Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements (FDA, ICH-GCP). Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
