We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented Remote Copy Typist / Transcriptionist – Data Entry to assist with typing, transcribing, and formatting text from various sources. This role involves straightforward, repetitive tasks that require strong typing skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Type handwritten, scanned, or printed text into Word or Google Docs

• Transcribe audio or video recordings into clear, formatted written documents

• Enter data accurately into spreadsheets, forms, or templates

• Proofread typed content for spelling, grammar, and formatting accuracy

• Organize and label digital files properly (e.g., by date, client, or category)

• Convert typed documents into PDF or other file formats as needed

• Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information handled

Requirements:

• Good typing speed (recommended: 50+ WPM)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or equivalent word processing tools

• Basic knowledge of email and cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to listen and type simultaneously (for transcription tasks)

• Quiet environment and reliable internet connection
