Urgently hiring a Credentialing admin to cover a short term LOA. Pay: $21/HR Location: Northridge, CA Contract: 3-6 months *Must have at least 1 year within the medical field and some administrative experience to qualify. Description This position will assist the Credentialing Coordinators with the processing of Credentialing and Re-credentialing Applications to RMG Credentialing Plan and NCQA requirements. Assist with the gathering of information required to complete credentialing and re-credentialing cycles for providers of Regal Medical Group. Assist with the functions required for RMG Healthcare Delivery Organizations (HDO). Data entry for credentialing database with current information. Ensure proper paper work is maintained for malpractice coverage for RMG providers. Maintain RMG provider credentialing files with current licenses, DEA certificates, and malpractice insurance face sheets. Assist with any scanning projects. Assists with any copying projects. Prepare practitioner files for Credentialing Committee review and decisions. Skills Process documentation, ncqa, data entry Additional Skills & Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent. One year of varied, increasingly responsible secretarial experience. Good written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Windows-based computer skills preferred. Well organized. Ability to work well under pressure. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
