Front Office Derm and Plastic Surgery Receptionist - Beauty & Skincare Lovers Wanted!

• Strong communicator - on the phone, in person, and over email.

• Confident discussing procedures and skincare products with patients.
• A team player who wants to grow in the beauty + medical field.
• Spanish speaking highly preferred.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients and visitors warmly - you’ll be the first smile they see.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and questions about procedures and treatments.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy.
• Educate patients on products and procedures (yes, you’ll get to learn it all!).
• Assist with sales, consultations, and cross-promotion of services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solve with kindness.
• Help build long-term patient relationships by making every visit feel special.
