Job Description

Title: Travel LVN/LPN Outpatient Clinic (Spine & Pain Center)

Location: 468 S Pearl St Ste C, Canandaigua, NY 14424

Start: 09/29/2025 | 13-week contract

License: NY (must be in hand)

Local Rule: Candidates must live 75+ miles away

Schedule:

• M F, 7:00 AM 5:30 PM (40 hrs/week)
• No block scheduling
• Must be flexible to float to other offices

TRAVEL PAY BREAKDOWN:

Hourly rate $32.00 [$16.00 taxable | $16.00 non-taxable]

Weekly Gross $2,000.00 [$1,000.00 taxable | $1,000.00 stipend]

Requirements:

• 1+ year LPN/LVN experience
• EPIC (hard requirement)
• BLS (required)

Travel experience: Preferred but not required
