Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team in Atlanta. This role plays a vital part in supporting the planning and execution of corporate, promotional, and private events. The ideal candidate will work closely with our event managers to ensure seamless organization, high-quality presentation, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating all logistical aspects of events, including scheduling, setup, and vendor communication.
Maintain accurate event documentation and budgets.
Support on-site event operations, ensuring smooth flow and professional delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to align expectations.
Contribute to event design, decor planning, and attendee experience optimization.
Conduct post-event evaluations to identify improvements and successes.
