Learn more about us at . Key Responsibilities - Assist the Project Management team in coordinating and tracking project documentation, schedules, and budgets
- Support jobsite operations by bridging communication between office and field staff
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of schedules using project management software
- Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes to support daily field activities
- Conduct site visits and field verifications as needed
- Maintain project records, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Utilize Buildertrend or similar software for project tracking and updates
- Work directly with the Superintendent and Project Manager to keep projects running smoothly
- Assist with estimating and quantity takeoffs as needed
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction or project support role
- Strong aptitude for numbers, technology, and construction documentation
- Proficient with project management software (Buildertrend, Procore, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Must be a collaborative team player with a professional demeanor
