Forklift Driver/Quality Inspector (1st Shift position) - Shephersdville, KY
Open-ended Contract position
$19.00 per hour Shift : Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm, with possible OT and Saturday work
ANY INTERESTED CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO: - Must be able to complete required forklift driver exam training test prior to starting - no exceptions
- Must be able to start immediately
- Have steel toe shoes/boots - no exceptions
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen - no exceptions
- Have their own reliable transportation
Responsibilities of the Forklift Driver/Quality Inspector :
- Loading, unloading, shipping and receiving warehouse items
- Transporting materials to different locations within the facility
- Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency
- Adhere to safety management standards
- Perform general inspection of automotive parts
Requirements of the Forklift Driver/Quality Inspector: - High School diploma or GED
- Valid forklift certificate OR ability to obtain one
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Proficiency in operating technical machinery
- Attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication
