Full-Time Nanny (Live-In or Live-Out) – Atlanta, GA

A professional family in Atlanta, GA is seeking a reliable, mature, and proactive full-time nanny to care for three boys aged 12, 15, and 16. The ideal candidate is warm but firm, highly organized, and capable of managing teenage boys with structure and consistency. Must be confident, energetic, and able to set respectful boundaries while fostering trust and engagement.

This is a long-term position, and the family is open to live-in or live-out arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage school pick-up/drop-off and drive to extracurricular activities (tennis, etc.)
• Assist with morning routine (if live-in or doing split schedule)
• Supervise homework and academic tasks (especially for the 12-year-old)
• Prepare healthy meals/snacks and oversee dinner routine
• Maintain a structured and respectful environment
• Handle children’s laundry and light housekeeping related to the children
• Encourage positive behavior, set limits when necessary, and communicate clearly with both parents

Schedule:

• Split schedule
• Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM,  2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week
• Flexibility during school breaks and schedule changes

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30–$32/hour, paid via payroll
• Standard full-time benefits, including:
• 2 weeks paid vacation (1 week of nanny's choosing, 1 week of family's)
• Paid federal holidays
• 3–10 sick/personal days
• Potential healthcare contribution (negotiable)

Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• CPR/First Aid certified (required or willing to become certified)
• COVID-19 vaccination (preferred, not required)
• Experience working with teens or older children
• Strong behavior management skills
• Able to work in a split household dynamic (1 week with mom, 1 week with dad)
• Must provide 3–5 professional references
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Housing:

• Private bedroom and bathroom above the garage

• Separate entrance for privacy

Ideal Candidate:

• Proactive, patient, and confident with teen boys
• Comfortable managing mild behavioral challenges respectfully and constructively
• Emotionally intelligent and capable of setting firm but loving boundaries
• Male candidates strongly encouraged to apply, though all are welcome
