The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Review daily room assignments, making note of VIPs, departure times, turns, and special requests
• Prepare work caddy with supplies ensuring proper chemicals and tools are in hand
• Clean and prepare guest rooms to Miraval Housekeeping standards
• Restock amenities.
• Report any maintenance issues.
• Report any HSKP issues (dirty carpets, stains, mold, etc)
• Ensure lights, radio and TV are in working order.
• Turn in and log any lost and found items to security office.
• Place any F&B dishes, glasses into the housekeeping closet in appropriate containers.
• Complete any special cleaning tasks.
• Update room status via Hotsos device.
• Attend scheduled meetings and training.
• Adhere to grooming standards at all times.
• Have a positive attitude and work together with co-workers
• Follow proper recycling procedures

Qualifications - Basic reading, writing, and speaking English skills preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- A true desire to serve others in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have flexible availability and be willing to work weekends and holiday
