Pay range: $25–$35/hr + performance bonuses (top installers make $100K+ annually)
Uncapped earning potential with competitive piecework pay

This role is primarily based within a 50-mile radius of North Port. You’ll:
Install residential HVAC ductwork systems to code and company standards
Manage a small crew of installers and apprentices
Coordinate with the install coordinator and warehouse team to stay on schedule
Ensure every system performs at peak efficiency and passes inspections
Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first attitude

EPA Universal Certification (required)
Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a small crew
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
