The position of HVAC Installer is to provide top-quality heating and cooling solutions for our customers. 

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently installing heating and air equipment in residential homes
• HVAC Installers are responsible for running a job from start to finish
• Install to standards higher than manufacturer specs
• Designing, fabricating, and installing a wide range of duct fittings and ducts that are required, as well as wiring both indoor and outdoor units
• Delivery of consistent, excellent customer service that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction
• Ensuring high-quality and timely job performance

Requirements:

• EPA certification, minimally EPA Type II
• The ability to learn pipe installation, ductwork, and all aspects of HVAC system design and installation
• Ability to focus on quality and safety
• A customer-first attitude with the ability to consult on solutions and solve problems
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on industry codes and standards
• Self-motivated, accountable, values high-integrity, and a competitive spirit
• An individual contributor who also loves to win as a team
