The position of
HVAC Installer is to provide top-quality heating and cooling solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities: - Accurately and efficiently installing heating and air equipment in residential homes
- HVAC Installers are responsible for running a job from start to finish
- Install to standards higher than manufacturer specs
- Designing, fabricating, and installing a wide range of duct fittings and ducts that are required, as well as wiring both indoor and outdoor units
- Delivery of consistent, excellent customer service that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring high-quality and timely job performance
Requirements: - EPA certification, minimally EPA Type II
- The ability to learn pipe installation, ductwork, and all aspects of HVAC system design and installation
- Ability to focus on quality and safety
- A customer-first attitude with the ability to consult on solutions and solve problems
- Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on industry codes and standards
- Self-motivated, accountable, values high-integrity, and a competitive spirit
- An individual contributor who also loves to win as a team
