In this position, you will be responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs. Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment. **Minimum Requirements** + Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider. + Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date. + Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Compensation: This is a commission based position.
