Pharmacy Assistant

Compensation & Schedule
• $19/hr
• Mon–Fri, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM with mandatory overtime as needed
• W2
• Start date: ASAP
ROLE IMPACT
This role ensures timely and accurate fulfillment of prescription orders for direct-to-patient shipment. Success is defined by consistent attention to detail, reliability in meeting high-volume demand, and compliance with pharmacy regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pick, pack, and stack individual prescription orders for direct shipment
• Ensure accuracy of items picked per order specification
• Maintain clean, organized workstations in compliance with safety and pharmacy handling standards
• Adhere to daily fulfillment quotas and performance expectations
• Communicate with supervisors regarding order issues or delays
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Must obtain Kentucky Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License upon hire ($25 fee paid by employee)
• Ability to read and understand English instructions and documentation
• Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance history
• Must have dependable transportation and availability for overtime

• Packaging and labeling equipment
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Strong attention to detail in repetitive tasks
• Ability to meet daily productivity targets in a warehouse setting
• Experience in pharmacy or medical fulfillment is a plus
