HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Orthopedic Surgery team in O'Fallon, IL to specialize in Hand Surgery. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.


Practice Highlights:
- Monday - Friday weekly schedule

• No holidays or weekends
• Well established, growing practice
• Dedicated support staff to assist with practice flow
• EPIC EMR

Position Requirements:

• Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
• Board Certified
• 2+ years of Provider experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation amp; Benefits Package:

• Base guarantee

Education Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
• Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or
• Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred.
• Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred.
• Federal DEA license is preferred.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
