We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our Indian coastal restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Indian coastal cuisine and a proven ability to manage daily operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Maintain excellent guest relations and handle feedback professionally
Ensure food quality, authenticity, and consistency in collaboration with the kitchen team
Manage schedules, inventory, ordering, and cost control
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Support marketing initiatives and help grow the business
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Indian coastal food, ingredients, and traditional flavors
- Previous restaurant management experience (Indian cuisine preferred)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
