Scientist, Protein Sciences, Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Redwood City, CA. Build display capabilities in lab to support research activities, project goals and platform development. Design and carry out experiments to construct immunized or synthetic yeast display. Design and carry out experiments campaigns to discover target binders from diverse libraries. Characterize the biologics leads biochemically and biophysically. Analyze and communicate experimental results verbally and in writing. Work across teams to develop methods and functional assays. Analyze data, document, and present research findings. (R1592886)
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $141,310 - $191,190/yr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
PhD degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering or a related field plus the following knowledge/skills: protein engineering; current molecular biology and cell biology techniques, including DNA cloning, Western blot, SDS-PAGE, and ELISA; and data analysis.
The knowledge/skills can be gained through education.

The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
