The Role: We seek a talented and experienced Spa Therapist.
Description Brief:
The Spa Therapist provides professional facials, massages, and nail treatments to our guests. They must have a thorough knowledge of skin and body care, excellent practical techniques, and strong cleanliness and sanitation skills. Additionally, they should be willing to train in our spa’s specific massage, facial, and nail treatment offerings. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness and beauty solutions to meet our guests' needs. Spa Therapists may also be required to cover reception desk duties.
Minimum Requirements:
MASSAGE:
Must hold and maintain a massage therapy license/certification/qualification in their country of residence.; A Massage Therapist provides professional massage and body treatments to our on-board guests. They must have a thorough knowledge of various massage modalities, a general understanding of body treatments, and be willing to train in our spa’s specific massage and body treatment offerings. Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to provide effective wellness solutions are essential.;
BEAUTY:
Must hold and maintain a current certification/nationally recognised qualification in their country of residence or where trained.; Must undergo brand training before performing any facial services.; A Beauty Therapist provides professional facials and massages to our guests. They must have a thorough knowledge of skin and body care, excellent practical techniques, cleanliness and sanitation skills, and be willing to train in our spa’s specific massage and facial treatment offerings.;
NAILS:
Must hold a current Manicurist or Beauty Therapist diploma/license.; Must undergo brand training before performing any nail services.; The Nail Technician provides professional nail, hand, and foot treatments. They must have a thorough knowledge of nails, including basic hand and foot massage techniques and neat application of polish. Excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills are essential, as well as a willingness to train in our spa’s specific nail service offerings.; Excellent communication and listening skills, basic computer skills, and being a team player are also required.;
