Overview:
Our client, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of their suite of mobile applications. This person will drive innovation in the digital guest experience across gaming, hospitality, dining, and entertainment offerings. The ideal candidate brings a strategic product vision, deep experience in mobile app development, and a solid background in casino and hospitality environments.
This role will also mentor and help guide two junior product managers, ensuring alignment across initiatives and a strong roadmap execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for mobile applications.
• Define and drive the strategic product roadmap focused on enhancing the guest digital journey.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, operations, and loyalty teams.
• Translate business objectives into product features with clear technical requirements and success metrics.
• Manage custom development initiatives, balancing innovation with platform scalability and user experience.
• Work hands-on with onshore and offshore development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Help scale mobile products to serve a growing and diverse guest base across multiple properties.
• Guide, mentor, and support junior product managers, helping align their projects to the broader product vision.
• Analyze mobile engagement data, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions.
• Ensure seamless integration with systems such as loyalty programs, booking engines, and promotions platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
• Casino and hospitality industry experience is required – must understand guest lifecycle, loyalty, and operations.
• Demonstrated experience in custom product development and scaling digital platforms.
• Proven success leading mobile app initiatives from concept through release and iteration.
• Strategic mindset – able to build and sell a product vision while also managing the details.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior product owners or analysts.
• Strong knowledge of mobile UX best practices, Agile methodologies, and product KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
