Job Summary: Maintains accurate computerized scheduling system. Implements union contract and Hospital regulations when staffing open positions
Requirements:High school graduate. Associate degree in secretarial field preferred Training and Experience: Computer expertise required and prior scheduling experience preferred Special Qualifications: Ability to multi-task and perform capably in a pleasant manner under stress in a busy office.
Schedule: 9/18 hours part time days; every other weekend
You are being hired to replace a striking employee. For the purposes of the National Labor Relations Act only, you are classified as a permanent replacement for that employee. That means that we intend to employ you as a ‘regular’ employee. You will not be terminated solely for the purpose of reinstating strikers whom you have replaced unless reinstatement of those strikers is required by, or agreed to as part of a settlement with, the National Labor Relations Board, a court of competent jurisdiction, or the provisions of a strike settlement agreement between Butler Hospital and the Union.
