Responsibilities

  We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant with Active AZ Real Estate License to support our dynamic real estate team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative skills and marketing expertise, contributing to the overall success of our real estate initiatives.

Duties

• Assist in managing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.
• Support marketing efforts by creating engaging content for property listings and promotional materials.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and enhance outreach.
• Conduct research on market trends, property values, and potential clients to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
• Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva for advertising purposes.
• Provide general support in product management related to real estate services.

Experience
The ideal candidate should have experience or familiarity with the following skills:

• Marketing principles and practices
• Marketing automation tools
• Copywriting for effective communication
• Canva Experience
• Digital marketing strategies
