Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruiter based in Warsaw , with 3 4 years of experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our Poland operations, sourcing top talent using various job portals and local strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT and non-IT roles
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and local networks
• Screen, interview, and shortlist suitable profiles
• Coordinate with hiring managers and support international hiring requirements
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Stay updated with local labor market trends in Poland

Requirements

• Based in Warsaw (local candidates or NRIs welcome)
• 3 4 years of recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of Poland's local talent market
• Experience with major job portals (e.g., Pracuj.pl, Just Join IT, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in English; Polish is a plus
• Must be eligible to work in Poland
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
