Candidates must have a minimum of one-year UKG Workforce Pro configuration experience to be considered.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide technical support (troubleshooting, reporting technical issues, etc.) to assigned systems, resolving end-user issues in a timely mannerPerform operational administration of assigned systemsProvide system documentation and test evidenceParticipate in the project planning processParticipate in the identification of technical system and equipment requirementsAssist in the development of accurate time estimates to support project requirements Assist in building presentations of proposed design solutions to users and management in a timely, comprehensive, and understandable manner. Participate in troubleshooting initiatives for issues that arise.Work to understand specific business processes, identifies and communicates resulting needs and opportunities for business process improvement that can be enabled via technologyDetail oriented, flexible when faced with change, able to manage multiple tasks and projectsEffectively manage communications and expectations with internal and external stakeholdersThrives in a fast-paced work environmentMaintains self-motivation to learn and apply current technical knowledge and to understand CCHS functions.Performs assigned work safely, adhering to established departmental safety rules and practices. Reports to supervisor, in a timely manner, any unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations that may cause injury to oneself, other employees, patients and visitors. Performs other related duties as required.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics or equivalent field. A combination of education and experience may be substituted.1-3 years systems analysis and configuration experience1-3 years UKG Workforce Pro analysis and configuration experience.Configuration experience in Workday a plus.#LI-CD1
