Job Description

The Lead Merchandise Processor position is located in South Brunswick, NJ .
1st Shift Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
Pay Rate; $18/hr. to $22/hr.

You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Coordinate team assignments by balancing resources as the volume requires.

  • Solicit opinions of team members on departmental operations to maximize productivity and quality objectives.
  • Share business information with teammates through floor presence, suggest improvements to current techniques.
  • Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Works cooperatively and harmoniously with supervisor, co-workers, and others.
  • Control the workflow on the floor prioritizing team goals to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Track productivity, research and resolve issues, provide feedback on productivity and quality related.
  • Train and direct a team of associates to achieve departmental and division production goals in order.
  • Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.
  • Other duties as instructed.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and report.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • AS400 knowledge along with a high level of MS Excel experience required, experience with all MS Office strongly preferred.
  • Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team - performing whatever duties are necessary.
  • Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong communication skills.

  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and lift throughout the day.
  • Able to use computer for an extended period of time.
