Entry Level Medical Assistants and Phlebotomists hiring ASAP in Santa Barbara, CA! Entry level! Location: Santa Barbara Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:30 PM availability (8-hour shifts) Responsibilities: + Submit and follow up on dental claims. + Maintain accurate billing records for St. Cecilia Foundation and Cornelia Moore cases. + Travel between Administration, Eastside Dental, and Goleta Dental as needed. + Assist with batch closings to support clinic operations. + Collaborate with dental managers on referral and recall list follow-ups. + Ensure compliance with insurance and legal billing regulations. + Communicate with patients, providers, and payers regarding billing inquiries and claim resolutions. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
